About me
I am a qualified and insured homeopath, reflexologist and aromatherapy massage therapist working in Brighton & Hove. As a holistic therapist I am passionate about working with people who want to actively work towards improving their health. I have a degree in psychology from the University of Sussex, I am a graduate from The South Downs School of Homeopathy, a Member of the Society of Homeopaths and I gained my reflexology and aromatherapy diplomas from MET College Brighton. I'm also a sessional lecturer for MET colleges.
I have worked with many clients over the years, from babies to older adults, who have been experiencing a variety of symptoms including:
-
skin complaints
-
frequent coughs and colds
-
digestive disorders
-
musculoskeletal problems including frozen shoulders & sciatica
-
chronic pain
-
menopause difficulties
-
pregnancy issues
-
post natal depression
-
mental & emotional health difficulties
-
survivors of sexual and domestic abuse
Each client is unique and every treatment plan is tailored to suit the individual at that particular time. I work with people to help them progress and move forward with their health.
I have worked as a homeopath at Brighton Women's Centre and I was Chair of Homeopathy in the Sussex Community (HISC) 2011 - 2013, an organisation working with local sexual and domestic violence charities to get homeopathy to people who could not normally access it. I was a project homeopath and therapist with HISC and in 2018-2024 I ran their homeopathy clinic at Survivors' Network, the Sussex Rape Crisis Centre. I also give aromatherapy & reflexology treatments at Safe in Sussex women's refuges. Please contact me if you would like further details about any of these services.
