Homeopathy is a natural medicine used by millions of people globally to treat acute and chronic illnesses. Developed in Germany during the 19th century by Samuel Hahnemann, this gentle system of healing works on the principle of like curing like.
During a homeopathic consultation you will be asked numerous questions about your current and past physical and emotional health so that a full picture of you and your individual health needs can be formed. The homeopath will then choose suitable remedies which are very diluted substances that come in the form of very small pills.
Due to the gentle nature of homeopathy, treatment is suitable for all ages including babies, during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Reflexology is a treatment that involves massage and pressure on the feet, hands, face or ears. Each client receives an individual treatment that caters to their healthcare needs and preferences at the time. The theory is that areas of the feet, hands and ears mirror parts of the body and that touch and massage of these areas can bring balance to the body and naturally restore health.
Reflexology can also be used as a form of relaxation and can be enjoyed weekly or monthly. It is suitable for all ages including babies and can be used during pregnancy (after the first trimester) and during breastfeeding.
I have completed training in Advanced and Pregnancy Reflexology.

All treatment times include the consultation time. Treatments are tailored to each individual and may include a combination of back, shoulder, neck,head,legs, arms or full body massage.
Aromatherapy involves the use of essential oils and massage for physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Each client receives an individual treatment that caters to their needs and preferences at the time.The massage will be tailored to the individual and pressure and pace will be discussed at the start of the consultation. Aromatherapy massages tend to be deeply relaxing however you may feel calmer, balanced or invigorated after your treatment depending on the oils used.
Aromatherapy can also be used as a form of relaxation as well as restoration for aches and pains. It can be enjoyed weekly, monthly or as an indulgent pamper. It is ideal as a gift and vouchers are available on request.
Hot stone massage is a deeply relaxing massage where hot smooth stones made from volcanic rock are used to massage the body. The heat penetrates the muscles on a deeper level therefore promoting muscle relaxation and reducing muscle tension and pain. This massage is available with or without essential oils.
